~ MacDuff ~

***  UPDATE  ***

mACdUFF HAS FOUND hIS Forever Home !!!

MacDuff was recently surrendered to us after living the first months of his life in a home that was not experienced with Scottish Terriers. To "assist" MacDuff in his learning curve, a dog "trainer" was hired to come in and work with MacDuff. When the normal training methods failed, a choke collar was used, which of course, also failed. Then a electric shock collar was used by this "trainer", which led to MacDuff rebelling against any and all training whatsoever.

Interestingly, MacDuff doesn't really need any training. He's a perfectly normal Scottie, with a perfectly normal Scottie attitude. He loves playtime, as well as quiet time, being petted & pampered. He simply needs to be in a home with Scottie experience, and he'll be just fine!

He is a larger sized Scot, weighing in at about 30 pounds (solid muscle!). He's extraordinarily handsome and always in a great mood and ready for some periodic playtime. MacDuff is 18 months of age.

All dogs adopted by Scottie Kingdom Rescue have had a full medical exam by our Veterinarian and have received all necessary vaccinations, in addition to being spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Scottie Kingdom Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Organization. We prefer to adopt to families with past Scottie, Westie and/or Terrier experience, but realize this isn’t always possible. You must have a secure & fenced yard.

We do not ship our pets. If you have that special place in your heart & in your home for a Scottie (or any of our other available Rescue Dogs), please be prepared to visit us in Dallas for an in person meet & greet session with our Available Dogs. If you have existing dogs, they must travel to Dallas with you, so we can be assured that they will be compatible with the new addition to your family.

Please contact us at Rescue@scottiekingdom.com to receive an Adoption Application or for more information on our Adoption process. Also, please take the time to visit our website www.scottiekingdom.com for further information.

Thank you for considering Adoption!
