 PHELAN HAS FOUND HIS Forever Home !!!

Phelan is a mix-breed Scottie whose Mother is a pure-bred Scottish Terrier and his Father is unknown. He is approximately 6 weeks of age and is VERY CUTE! We will require that Phelan be neutered before six months of age.
